Manufacturers of CE marked electronics, electrical equipment, gas appliances and personal protective equipment better check the new lists of European harmonized standards that the European Commission published. The standards that they have used may have been superseded by new standards.Standards that have been updated cannot be used to prove CE compliance from the date that the new version of standard comes into force. The standard update does not affect devices already placed on the market. But new for new batches the new version of updated standards should be used.
The updated lists of European harmonized standards can be found here:

I work for a Decorative Accessory Manufacuture. We are trying to find someone here in Dallas, TX or the surrounding area who is CE Certified. We are currently sending the lamps to Atlanta, GA for wiring and the needed CE sticker required to export to Europe. Would you be able to refer me to someone in or around our area who has the capiblity to wire our lamps?
Thank you,
Jason
Hello Han,
What standards for EMC would specifically apply to toys?
Thanks
Ali
Hi Ali, to the best of my knowledge there is no specific EMC standard for toys. You’d probably have to use one of the generic standards for domestic products.
